Aqua Reginae Hungarie is a modern recreation of an extant formula from the 14th century - even featuring a brandy note which was the alcohol fragrance was originally distilled in! On the other hand, Iseult is a love letter to medieval fantasy and literature from the time period. Inspired by Arthurian legend, some Wagner (specifically the Wagner references in Neuschwanstein Castle - not really medieval but gorgeous nontheless), Game of Thrones (inspired by the Wars of the Roses), and the real stories of medieval queens.
