Shipping Policy
Processing times can vary but orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Any packages purchased after 4pm on Friday will be shipped out on the next business day. Shipping typically takes about 4-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at this time. All physical products are only available within the U.S.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS) to deliver it. While I track all shipments carefully, Ram’s Head Perfumery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS.
If your package appears to be missing:
Check with neighbors or your local post office — sometimes packages are held or delivered nearby.
If the package cannot be located, you may file a claim with USPS: USPS Claims
In the rare case of a verified delivery issue, I can assist with documentation for your USPS claim, but I cannot guarantee replacement or refund if the item cannot be recovered, especially if stock is unavailable.
It’s recommended that you keep a record of your tracking number and delivery notices for reference.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me here with a photo of the damage and your order information. I review each situation individually and will always work with you to find the best solution.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Prior to completing your purchase, please double check that the address and information entered is correct. I cannot alter an order to redirect or retrieve a package once it has been shipped.
Any feedback on why an order didn’t work out is always appreciated and helps me to continue growing my business.
